There is not much as far as industrialization in the Area Office is concerned.  However, the Local Government Area Office and the community as presented by the Ogunsua of Modakeke always assured individuals, indigenes and non-indigenes willing to invest in Modakeke a vast area of land that may be required.
          In addition, the Local Government Area Office had two graders which are used to grade untarred link-roads within the nooks and crannies of the Area Office.  And, the Area Office recently completed the construction of a PHCN Control building which will help to regularize electricity supply in the area.  All these are to provide a favourable climate for would-be investors in the Area Office.
          A few micro, small and medium scale manufacturing processing enterprises abound in the Area Office.  They include among others blacksmithing, Drum making, metal fabrication Sawmilling, farm produce processing, farming shoemaking and lots of service.  Rendering business e.g. fashion design, bricklaying, Carpentry, Plank selling, Painting Hairdressing, Produce (cocoa & Palm kernel) Merchandising, etc.
